Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders to the United States.

Processing time

Orders ship within 48 hours (business days, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

Delivery takes 6-12 business days after shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Delays and lost parcels

If your tracking has not moved for 7 days, or your order has not arrived 15 business days after shipping, email us with your order number and we will look into it right away. If a parcel is lost, we will send a replacement or refund you.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to correct it before the parcel ships.
