30-day easy returns
We want you to love your Neyla. If something doesn't feel right, you have 30 days from delivery to let us know. Email us with your order number and you'll hear back from a real person.
How it works
- Tell us what's happening and which design you have.
- Changed your mind about the design? We can help you swap it for another one.
- Still not right? Send it back unworn, clean and with its tags, and we'll refund the price you paid. Return shipping is at your expense.
How returns work
Email us first: we'll reply with the return address and instructions. Once your return arrives and is checked, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5-10 business days to appear.
Not covered
- Return shipping (except for damaged or wrong items, see below)
- Items that have been worn, washed or damaged
- Items bought from unauthorized sellers
- Requests made after 30 days
Damaged or wrong item
If your hoodie arrives damaged, or you received the wrong design, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.
2 for $149 offer
If you return one hoodie from an order that used the 2 for $149 offer, the refund is based on the price you actually paid for that hoodie.
